Thrive Frameworks Foundation Inc. is my 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to making leadership and wellness accessible to underserved communities. Through grant-funded programs, workshops, and community initiatives, I provide transformative resources that support personal growth, emotional resilience, and collective well-being.

Meet the Founder

Cynthia Pyle Manley is a leadership strategist, coach, and wellness advocate with a deep background in conflict resolution, executive coaching, and human-centered design. With over fifteen years of experience in leadership development, Cynthia founded Thrive Frameworks to help individuals and organizations cultivate resilience, adaptability, and purpose. She believes that thriving is a right, not a privilege, and is committed to making leadership and well-being tools available to all.
